about C7 up to Version C10 

- fixed many winboard related bugs reported by Claude Dubois
- fixed a horrible search bug which made it see some mates as stalemates, reported by Claude Dubois
- fixed a winboard bug reported and analysed by Guenther Simon

- implemented a book and book creation commands. Heavily updated and bugfixed learning. 

- added (very simple) tourniament mode time control 
- rewrote the whole eval() again, especially king safety
- tuned the piece square tables. Time to get completely rid of them 
- implemented some pawn structure knowledge. how about pawn hash ? doubled passers are not well evaluated.
